In October 2025, the China International Hardware Show (CIHS) kicked off in Shanghai. As an important professional exhibition in the global hardware industry, this exhibition gathered high-quality enterprises and purchasers at home and abroad, serving as a core platform to showcase industry strength and connect global supply and demand. As the sales representative of Aohong Hydraulic Hardware Factory, I participated in the exhibition for the 6th time, showcasing four core series (ED Plugs, DIN908 Plugs, DIN906 Plugs, DIN910 Hexagonal Head Plugs) and pipe fittings. The aim was to let customers at home and abroad witness Aohong's commitment to quality through this international stage, while capturing the real demands of the global market.
1. Exhibition Preparation: 30 Days of Meticulous Polishing for Professional Quality Presentation
To ensure the exhibition effect, the team launched preparations 30 days in advance, advancing multi-dimensional preparations with the goal of "accurately matching demands and fully demonstrating product strength":

• Sample Screening and Optimization: Targeting material requirements for different scenarios, samples of 35# carbon steel and 304/316 stainless steel were prepared for all four plug series, allowing customers to directly compare corrosion resistance and strength; ED Plugs were matched with multi-specification gaskets to simulate actual installation conditions, and full-specification pipe fittings were sorted out simultaneously to form a complete "plug + fitting" sealing solution, covering machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, marine and other fields.
• Qualification and Case Preparation: Product technical files were sorted out, including material spectral inspection reports, pressure and temperature adaptation parameter tables, and domestic and overseas application cases (such as feedback on 316 stainless steel plugs from a coastal chemical plant last year), providing strong evidence for quality instead of verbal explanation.
2. Exhibition Site: Professional Communication Gains Recognition, Supply-Demand Matching Achieves Practical Results
On the first day of the exhibition on October 28th, the first visitor to Aohong's booth was a senior German purchaser who focused on DIN910 Hexagonal Head Plugs and asked: "Can the torque parameters meet German standards?" I took out the technical files and explained in detail: "The tightening torque reaches 35N·m, adapted to a maximum pressure of 50MPa, fully complying with German DIN standards; previously cooperating with foreign machinery factories, the products achieved zero leakage after installation with positive customer feedback." The purchaser verified the precision and expressed recognition, taking 2 samples for testing on the spot.
During the three-day exhibition, the booth received a total of nearly 300 professional customers with a balanced ratio of domestic and overseas visitors, demonstrating product advantages and service capabilities in multiple dimensions through communication.
3. Exhibition Achievements: Double Gains in Orders and Demands, Anchoring Future Directions
The exhibition concluded on October 30th with remarkable achievements: a total of 7 domestic and overseas customers clearly expressed their intention to conduct on-site factory inspections; furthermore, demands were recorded through in-depth communication — Eastern Europe needed low-temperature resistant DIN906 Plugs, South America needed small-specification ED Plugs, and some customers hoped for one-stop procurement of "plugs + fittings". These demands have been fed back to the R&D and production departments as the basis for product optimization and category expansion.
On the return trip, the comment from a British purchaser still echoed: "The quality of Chinese plugs has been continuously improving, and Aohong's test data and cases make us confident to cooperate." This is not only recognition for Aohong but also affirmation for Chinese hardware manufacturing. This exhibition is not only a product display but also a "two-way interaction between supply and demand" — Aohong conveys the craftsmanship of Chinese hardware, and also clarifies the development direction through market feedback.
