To effectively improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, and focus on expanding the production capacity of O-ring plugs, the company officially introduced 20 automated production equipment in July 2025, fully opening a new stage of automated production of O-ring plugs.
The automated equipment introduced this time has reached the advanced level in the industry, covering the key links of O-ring plug production. Taking the core equipment, automatic CNC lathe, as an example, it adopts multi-axis linkage technology to realize the integrated operation of automatic feeding, processing and unloading of plugs. Compared with traditional manual lathes, the production efficiency is increased by more than 3 times, and the product dimensional accuracy can be stably controlled within ±0.01mm, which is far better than the precision of manual operation.
The implementation of 20 automated equipment has not only consolidated the hard production strength of Aohong Hydraulics and injected strong impetus into the enterprise's own development, but also directly provided more efficient and reliable delivery guarantees for cooperative customers. After the equipment is put into use, the company can not only easily undertake existing orders, but also has the ability to handle larger batch orders; the delivery cycle for customers has been significantly shortened from the original 15-20 days to 7-10 days, and customer satisfaction has been significantly improved, further consolidating Aohong Hydraulics' competitive advantage in the plug manufacturing field.
